This scholarship is for current year Maricopa County High School students. The Presidents’ Scholarship will pay a dollar amount equal to 15 credit hours of courses, for up to four consecutive fall and spring semesters at GateWay Community College.

There are two ways to qualify:

1. Graduate from a Maricopa County High School in the top 15% of the graduation class.
   OR
2. Take the asset tests and score into the qualifying range on all three tests (reading, writing, math)

How to apply:

1. Download and complete the Presidents' Scholar Application; print and sign.
2. Download and complete the Honors Application; print and sign
3. Arrange for an official high school transcript from your school to be sent to the Admissions & Records office at GateWay Community College
4. Send the completed and signed forms to the Honors Coordinator
