ACE Program

Achieving a College Education

Program Overview

The ACE Program has been in existence in Maricopa since 1988 with the first cohort of students starting that summer at South Mountain and Glendale Community College.

Students are high school juniors and seniors concurrently taking college courses while still attending high school.  Throughout these two years, ACE students meet during regular summer sessions and every Saturday during the fall and spring semesters.  ACE students enrolled at one of the Maricopa Colleges are considered students with all corresponding rights, responsibilities, privileges and benefits.
